Provided emotional support and companionship to elderly in-patients, promoting dignity, well-being and safety, while liaising with families on admissions, discharge planning and general reassurance. Observed multidisciplinary team rounds across oncology, internal medicine and surgery, developing practical knowledge of geriatric care management, healthcare compliance, patient rights, confidentiality and safeguarding standards.

Drafted legal notices and agreements including service, loan and NDA documents, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Assisted in arbitration proceedings covering case preparation, legal research and evidence presentation, while providing client consultations on debt recovery and contractual disputes. Also prepared necessary documentation for accreditation purposes.

Assisted in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including MSAs, marketing agreements and NDAs, while conducting legal research across technology law, AI regulation, data protection and cross-border compliance. Supported risk mitigation processes within a multinational environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams on internal compliance documentation. Gained practical exposure to client meetings, commercial negotiations and legal advisory processes.
