• Providing high quality customer service, assisting shoppers with finding products and dealing with enquiries both on the shop floor and the customer service desk.

Running young adults group (Called to Greatness)

• Established a Christian youth group for young adults, creating a safe, welcoming space for faith based discussions and activities.
• Developed strong leadership, organisational and communication skills through setting up and running the group. As well as liaising with the church leadership team.
• Purchasing materials, food and resources, whilst keeping track of cost within a budget.
• Planning and leading bi-weekly sessions, including session topics, bible studies and group events.
• Creating and posting social media content, to provide important information to parents and young adults.
• Ensuring safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times (safeguarding training completed in 2024).

Leading Junior Church Sessions

-Regularly planning and implementing Junior church sessions on a Sunday following a rota.

• Operated till, handled cash and card payments with accuracy.
• Provided good customer service, assisting with enquiries, and helping customers as required.
• Communicating with a variety of different customers and adjusting to their different needs.
• Organising and pricing donations to be displayed on the shop floor.
