Beth Grice

I am currently employed as a Services Team Leader. Part time for a well established supermarket chain Morrison's. I am a friendly, outgoing, approachable person. with great interpersonal skills which allows me to enjoy building new relationships. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my current role is supporting both my colleagues and customers and building a friendly and professional relationships with both.

I am accustomed to working under pressure and adapting how I manage each shift as it's never the same. It shows my high levels of initiative working whether that's independently or part of a team. I am an effective communicator, as well as feeling confident communicating with all different individuals from different backgrounds. My position allows me to work with a calm demeanour and consideration for individuals as well as the consideration for confidentiality regarding other colleagues.

I am willing to undertake whatever training or formal qualifications which are needed to fulfil my career.

I have been complimented on how polite I am as well as how quickly I deal with any issues and how to fix the issues promptly. By both customers and Management. I believe my past experience has allowed me to grow into a compassionate, caring, respectful individual.

• My Main interests involves any outdoor. I used to ride horses, dog walking, camping. And I love spending quality time with family.

I hold a full Uk driving license.
