  • I had to coordinate deployment of contingencies in response to on-site Severity 1 and 2 events, ensuring the safety of the team and customer experience through clear communication
  • Run as main Flow-Lead during both shift when LCY2 achieved largest OB 500k and 510k units processed and break a new record since 2019
  • I've demonstrate my outstanding organizational skills, data analysis and the ability to multi-task working closely with OB Operations Manager, Team Leads, Central Flow, RME, Area Managers and Tier 1 Associates

  • In this role I used my time management skills, as I was working to tight deadlines
  • Furthermore, the role allowed me to develop an excellent process understanding as well as developing leadership skills as I was interacting with the associates on a daily basis
  • I demonstrated that I could work quickly, whilst maintaining a high standard; comparing different aspects while deep diving into multiple areas to make sure any errors with such items don't reoccur
  • During this time when I ran as Process Guide, trained multiples associates during 2021 and 2022 as Process Guide which passed with success Learning & Development test for critical role after training was finished
  • In 2022 I reached the performance to save 85% of CPT volume during mechanical issues with high severity (SEV1/2) by taking ownership of organize people and step actions in order to achieve this
