Caring and empathetic Support worker looking to grow in experience and practical skills. I have nearly a years experience in supporting adult service users, with a variety of mental health challenges. I have supported them in navigating their daily tasks and increasing their independence, with a goal of eventually integrating into the wider community. I have been gaining experience in building effective working relationships with service users, whilst following policies, procedures and legislation. I am now looking to expand on my skills and experience so I can progress further in delivering support and care to service users.
