- Involved in leading the initial costs for submission as a variation to the Unit 1 Main Contract Works, prior to the works falling under a new Main Contract.
- Lead Surveyor on site involved with the overall cost and contract management of the Project, interfacing with both the Client and Supply Chain.
- Responsible for internal commercial reporting including CVR reports, long term and short term cashflow forecasting.
- Responsible for the accurate pricing of variations to drive value for both the Client and the Company.
- Responsible for raising applications for payments to the Client in line with requirements of the Main Contract.
