Project Description: Construction of the site preparation works to the Unit 2 Warehouse on Symmetry Park Logistics Park, Merseyside.

Period Involved with the Project: October 2023 – May 2024

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Involved in leading the initial costs for submission as a variation to the Unit 1 Main Contract Works, prior to the works falling under a new Main Contract.

- Lead Surveyor on site involved with the overall cost and contract management of the Project, interfacing with both the Client and Supply Chain.

- Responsible for internal commercial reporting including CVR reports, long term and short term cashflow forecasting.

- Responsible for the accurate pricing of variations to drive value for both the Client and the Company.

- Responsible for raising applications for payments to the Client in line with requirements of the Main Contract.

Project: Symmetry Park, Merseyside Unit 1

Project Description: Development of infrastructure works and the first of three commercial units at Cronton Colliery, Cronton Road, Widnes.

Period Involved with the Project: January 2023 – March 2024

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project: Premier Inn, Keswick

Project Description: - The Construction of a new Premier Inn hotel in the Lake District National Park

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project: Oldham Road Project, Newcross, Manchester

Project Description: Construction of a new 144 apartment residential building

Project Value: £23m

Period Involved with the Project: March 2021 – July 2021

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design development for procurement was particularly challenging on the Project.
- Made good profit margins while on the Project. A particular highlight was a significant saving made on the glazing works against the Profit Plan Forecast.

Project: Foxwood Social Housing Scheme, Birchwood, Warrington

Project Description: Construction of 69 new houses and apartments

Project Value: £12m

Period Involved with the Project: September 2020 – February 2021

Project: Hartford High School, Hartford, Cheshire

Project Description: The construction of a new three storey block to an existing school.

Project Value: £9m

Period Involved with the Project: October 2018 – August 2020

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project: Campus Whitehaven, Whitehaven, Cumbria

Project Description: Construction of a new Secondary School, Primary SEN School, and Leisure facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, sports hall, and artificial turf pitches.
