During my current 7 years in the prison service I have been promoted to supervising officer and i am responsible for managing staff and inmates in my care this could be up to 180 people on a daily basis. i am responsible for the safety and care of individuals and creating a positive working and living environment through positive and effective communication. i have become an effective leader and maintain high standards in all aspects of my work.
