Satisfaction to maintain a clean work environment . This was to keep a high level of team morale and customer satisfaction. To do this I had to work as part of a team. On top of this I also had the role of washing customers hair while the technicians prepared for the service .

Maintained clean organised workspace to facilitate efficiency , maintained work areas in a clean and neat fashion for maximum productivity , executed tasks with precision and attention to detail in fast paced environment and maintained clean, safe working environments in line with site regulations eliminating risks and accidents while carrying out activities in line with work schedule .

During my week of work experience in a Reception and Year 2 class at a primary school, I developed valuable skills in communication, organisation, and teamwork. I supported the teacher with daily classroom activities, helping to set up lessons and prepare learning materials. I worked closely with pupils, assisting them with tasks such as reading, writing, and basic maths, while encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.

In the Reception class, I helped supervise play-based learning activities, supporting children’s early development and social skills. In Year 2, I assisted with more structured lessons, providing one-to-one support to pupils who needed extra help and ensuring they stayed focused on their work.

Throughout the week, I also helped manage classroom routines, such as tidying up, organising resources, and supporting transitions between activities. This experience improved my confidence when working with young children and gave me a better understanding of the role of a teacher and the importance of patience, adaptability, and clear communication.

As part of my role at this restaurant, I would serve food and drink alongside my team to coordinate large groups and parties.

I am currently completing work experience at a pre-school, where I support the daily care and development of young children. My role involves assisting staff with setting up activities, supervising play, and helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment. I regularly interact with children through play-based learning, encouraging their social, communication, and early learning skills.

I help with tasks such as reading stories, supporting creative activities, and assisting children with basic routines like tidying up and transitioning between activities. This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different situations while working as part of a team.

Working in a pre-school has increased my confidence when working with young children and given me a better understanding of early years education and the importance of supporting children’s individual needs and development.
