Batchimeg Jadambaa

Cambridge,United Kingdom

Summary

Motivated and experienced community leader with a strong background in student and youth engagement, leadership development, and intercultural outreach. I have held leadership roles since middle school, including class leader, Head of the High School Student Council, and Vice President of the Student and Youth Association of my home district in Mongolia — a major organisation dedicated to supporting students and young people. Over five years, I successfully planned and delivered impactful youth events, lectures, and cultural activities involving 2,000–3,000 participants annually. As part of this role, I also invited business leaders and government officials to deliver inspiring talks and share valuable insights with students.

In addition, I bring five years of professional experience in Mongolia, two years of international study and cultural exchange in Japan — including teaching Mongolian language and culture during the Covid-19 pandemic — and one year of English language study in the UK. Through these diverse roles, I have developed excellent communication skills, cross-cultural understanding, and a passion for inclusive leadership. I am committed to creating meaningful community experiences and supporting the growth and development of future student leaders.
