• Over 2 years of clinical nursing experience across Elderly Care and Gastroenterology wards.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing a diverse caseload of complex conditions.
• Skilled in medication administration, wound care, patient assessments, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide compassionate care to elderly patients with chronic illnesses, cognitive impairments, and rehabilitation needs.
• Proficient in managing gastrointestinal patients, including those with liver disease, IBD, and post-operative recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and NMC standards.
• Actively contribute to ward safety, infection control, and mentorship of junior staff and student nurses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal recovery and well-being.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders, ensuring patient safety and adherence to prescribed care regimens.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (including doctors, physiotherapists, and dietitians) to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
• Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to foster informed decision-making and self-management.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date patient records and documentation in line with hospital policies and regulatory requirements to ensure continuity of care and legal compliance.
