WMS Support Engineer

  • Part of a team of seven, providing first-line WMS/WCS support to all of THG's 11 global warehouses. Addressing and resolving issues raised by ingenuity clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing Voyager releases, including prioritizing JIRA tickets and scheduling deployments with global operation teams
  • Created a reporting matrix for the Support Team that allows us to track resolutions of warehouse issues, highlight the most common issues, and report on team performance. The Support Team is now able to address 92.7% of Voyager-related Service Desk Plus tickets.
  • Based on the most common issues and customer input, create JIRA tickets to address these issues and prioritize the deployment.
  • Created training documentation for all the Voyager admin pages as part of a bigger project, which has since been distributed and used by multiple teams around the business.
  • Lead a project on the re-design of the Voyager admin interface, tracking and reporting on progress, organizing the go-live with stakeholders, and following up on any issues or feedback provided by the client.
  • Taking on the Major Incident escalation by involving the appropriate resolver group and stakeholders in order to settle the event as quickly as possible.
