Worked as a trainee in the production planning and control department in aerospace parts manufacturing company. Responsible for planning the shipments to customers in Cargo assembly parts project.

• Design and analyse the 3D drawing of leaf spring using Inventor Software and ANSYS software. Investigate the deformation and Von-mises stresses of both steel and composite leaf spring under different loading data and conditions.
• The Carbon and Glass fibre leaf spring reduces the weight of steel leaf spring by 76 and 66 percentages respectively and exhibits less stress and high strength compared to steel leaf spring.

• Thesis: Effect of addition of Nano-fluids in Bio-diesel fuelled diesel engine
• Synthesised nano salts such as Aluminium oxide, Magnesium Oxide, and Cobalt Oxide by different methods and mixed with Toluene to obtain nano fluids.
• Compared with diesel, the addition of nano-fluids improves Brake thermal efficiency and reduces Specific Fuel consumption. From the emission test, the addition of nano-fluids reduces the emissions by greater extent.
