- As a Vehicle Buying Assistant at Ford, I managed the appraisal and management of buying cars from private sellers. My role consisted of a variety of tasks that ensured the smooth operation of a vehicle purchasing process. As part of the vehicle Appraisal, I conducted thorough inspections of the incoming vehicles to evaluate the final purchasing price by ensuring the condition, mileage and market value are taken into consideration. Once successful in finalising the price, I collated the relevant documents, generated invoices and finally upload all the key documents to the system. This ensured that each purchase was accurate and done compliantly adhering to company policy and making it easier for other colleagues to access the vehicle data and manage inventory stock.

- Within the world of travel, it is crucial that each step of the passenger’s journey is as easy as possible. As a Customer Service Executive, it was my duty to ensure that the passengers that I dealt with were being taken care of on and off the aircraft. - I started AO in January as a part-time live chat agent where I was communicating with customers through our live chat option. Our customers wanted to order new appliances, and it was our job to answer any question of theirs before placing the order. From price matches to callbacks, we were dealing with many queries. I have moved over to the inbound sales department where we revive many calls on a day-to-day basis where customers need new appliances along with great service. I deal with customers enquiries from selling appliances to selling insurance plans where I find the customers needs and provide them with a suitable plan which will benefit their day-to-day lives.
