  • Alongside my full-time employment at Knocker and Foskett, I volunteer with the Free-Representation Unit (FRU)
  • With the FRU, I represent clients at the Social Security Tribunal, in support of their appeals against the DWP, for refusal of their benefits claim.
  • With sole conduct of the matter (under supervision), I hold meeting with clients to advise them of the relevant rules and legislation surrounding their case, collate the necessary evidence, and draft and file submissions on their behalf to the Tribunal.
  • I also advocate in front of the Tribunal on the Client's behalf.
  • A proud achievement includes - having a client's PIP refusal overturned and securing over £18,000 in backdated benefits.
