As a Level 2 Sports Leader, I planned, organised, and led sports activities and events for groups of all ages and abilities. I worked closely with participants to encourage teamwork, fair play, and enjoyment. I was responsible for ensuring everyone’s safety during activities and adapting sessions to meet different needs. Through this role, I developed strong communication and leadership skills, learning how to motivate others and manage group dynamics effectively
