In this role, I am part of a team responsible for supporting and delivering smooth, high-quality after-party events. My work involved helping to coordinate event activities, assisting with cocktail and mocktail service, and contributing to the overall guest experience. I also supported tasks such as ushering guests, setting up event spaces, and ensuring everything ran according to plan.

I regularly worked in fast-paced environments where clear communication and teamwork were essential. I stayed in contact with team members and organisers to make sure everyone was aligned on schedules, expectations, and last-minute changes. Being reliable and professional was important, as I often represented the team in front of guests and clients.

Through this experience, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, learning how to interact confidently with different types of people. I improved my ability to stay organised under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly when things didn’t go exactly as planned. I also gained a better understanding of customer service, making sure guests felt welcomed and had a positive experience.
