• Stocking shelves, rotating products, and checking use-by dates
• Maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented store areas
• Supporting merchandising and promotional displays
• Assisting with stock control and deliveries
• Following health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating when required
