• Helped to set up for the group, which included putting out toys, crafts and other equipment, ensuring safety in the area and following the lead facilitators instructions
• Manned reception area to welcome guests and take contact information
• Helped with activities when needed, interacting with children and other family members
• Clearing up, cleaning and locking centre at the end of each session

• Earned dogs' trust by maintaining friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Worked patiently with nervous dogs to build confidence and trust for safe, happy walks.
• Worked to ensure health and wellbeing for the dogs

• Adapted mentoring approach to accommodate different learning styles and personalities.
• Supervised groups of up to 6 children.
• Planned creative activities to motivate and inspire children.
