Quality improvement methods
I enjoy cooking for my family on a day-to-day basis and I find it quite enjoyable. Another hobby of mine is going out for walks and appreciating the nature in my surrounding area as I find it peaceful and I find it benefits my physical and mental health. I often go my local gym and attend various classes such as yoga.
I also have developed an interest in animals. I look after several animals in my household, including zebra finches, a cat and several different species of tropical fish. I find joy in this because despite the fact animals cannot talk, developing a bond with them is very personally rewarding.
I supported the water project in remote areas of Rwanda where people are deprived of fundamental human needs including clean water. The Al-Khair Foundation trust shared pictures of the completed project with me which I found very satisfying.
