Left school to follow a career in electrical sector started as a trainee for Surlyn while attending college one day a week, the majority of the work was baced around the electronic security CCTV, access control, door entry to then follow on to video entry and gate automation our clients where large sites for mainly leagel and general properties. With this came electrical installation work as well as a knolage for ground works for installing ducting and erecting towers for CCTV and barriers. my hobbies have always been around horses so in 2001 I took my HGV to enable me to be able to drive horses boxes and trailers this became very beneficial as in 2002 the building industry suffered from a small recession and I made use of my HGV and took this up as the main part of my profession to earn a better living. When the recession was over went back to electrical work but still kept all my driving qualification up to date and still hold a valid licence, digi card and CPC I also do a bit of cover driving now I had a lorry loading Crain certificate which has expired along with 360 track machine above and below 10 ton both of which I would be happy to retake if required.while being self employed I sub contract for a few big electrical companies one of which was on farnbrough exhibition centre my main role there was installing containment to the roof plant so have a wide knolage of all metal containment including tray work (and not just a pre manufactured bend) can fabricate my own. I also worked on large VO unit that where installed into potters resort and spurs for example a lot of this work was out of hours on timed shutdowns so I have experience working under pressure as well as an adapt and overcome attitude.
Working on my own projects and also doing agency work and some contracts for other companies.
worked on many different contracts for ADR from grabs and recycling to Sainsbury's contracts.
