Previously i have worked in quite a few different types of jobs, i have worked in Retail when i was in my early 20's ( Miss Selfrdige in the trafford Centre) i also worked front of house for a hotel ( Cresta Court)

All previous jobs were customer based, and building those relationships with staff and also the customer.

I originally worked for In the style for 9 years of my time at the company. I started in Customer service and have worked in various departments before landing the position of warehouse manager 4 years ago.

For the last year and a half after In the style was bought out by Alps trading, i then went on to managing a further 2 businesses on top of In the style.

I began running a small team and as the business progressed i have ran

big teams up to 50+ people on a shift. I have coordinated targets, KPI's.

I have been in charge of staffing, payroll, ordering consumables, health and safety within the warehouse. I have also picked and packed, i believe as a manager you should get stuck in with the team espesically on busy periods it also helps you to set targets and see where people can improve.

I have used a few different platforms for example - Peoplevox, linnworks, magento , big commerce , shopify and shopline. I have some eperince in market place like amazon and mirikla and some ebay.

I am an extremely driven person but also a people person. I like a challenge and woudl love to learn and exlplore more with in the role.
