Popular Trading is an outsource company (based in India) which operates for Rock Road International Ltd (based in UK). Popular Trading is non client facing company which is used for the purpose of ordering bulk tyre products through manufacturing companies and communicating with retail clients from the UK via telephone and email.

Job Responsibilities:

• To create and verifying invoices prior to payment
• To manage stock orders and shipping details from external stakeholders
• To maintain accounts receivable records to ensure it is up to date and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• To monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
• To prepare reports for managers
• To support other team members and managers in relation to any orders and invoices.
• Timely collection of all debts and customers payments
• Resolving queries around outstanding invoices
• Posting and allocating receipts to accounting systems on a regular basis
• Building relationships with senior managers around debt-management to reduce outstanding receivables

This organisation also operates in supplying inverters and batteries required for running computers. Clients include several hospitals, schools, colleges, private homes and media.
