
I have a solid foundation in social housing, I'm experienced in coordinating projects, providing data-driven insights and overseeing tasks to meet tight deadlines. I have consistently excelled in delivering timely results, support the achievement of KPIs and analysing datasets to streamline service improvement. At Arhag Housing, I've coordinated a variety of projects on behalf of Property Services, and provided data-driven insights for projects worth £1.5 million. I use data visualisation to promote improved business processes across the organisation, and review various datasets to lower risk. I also review set KPI's to provide statistical reports for SMT using Housing Management Systems, Microsoft Power BI and Excel. Having a first-class degree in Business Management is an early reflection of my commitment to consistently excelling in any project I have taken. Being a critical thinker and problem solver at Virgin Media O2, I helped a flagship store achieve commercial & corporate objectives from reviewing CRM systems, choreography software and market research metrics. In this role, I also won the "FAN award" for achieving a 100% customer satisfaction report for a year-running in a flagship location.
