My time at the prison industry has been thoroughly enjoyable where I have gained experience in various areas ranging from maintaining stakeholders relationships and ensuring day to day processes are running smoothly. Due to the varied nature of the job role I have been exposed to a vast amount of responsibilities which I believe have put me in a position to benefit in both my current role and beyond into the working world.

One of the responsibilities I have enjoyed the most is meeting and maintaining healthy working relationships with various people and departments. Initially this helped my ability to succinctly and efficiently communicate with colleagues across varying levels of experience. I have since evolved alongside this role as I am now frequently called upon by the team to deal with time dependant and high pressure situations. This is has now become one of my favourite parts of the job role.

On top of this, I view myself as a highly ambitious and driven individual with a knack for organisation and problem-solving. I am excellent at working towards a deadline, demonstrated through my excellent communication and time management skills, with strong ability to streamline processes and foster team collaboration. Following on from the qualities I currently possess, I am eager to bring fresh perspective and contribute meaningfully as a recruitment consultant with yourselves at Vantage consulting.
