  • Shift manager for a busy FMCG blow Moulding facility within Cheshire
  • Responsible for all actions on my shift around Safety, Health, Quality, Delivery and cost, whilst also maintaining the Morale, environment and productivity for a Shift of 12 people
  • I ensure that staffing levels are adequately manned whilst using my IOSH qualification to ensure that staff are safe whilst on site
  • Responsible for delegating work on the shop floor to give us the best possible chance of success whilst aiming for a 98.5% OTIF rate and 99% Polymer usage rate
