• Handling Western Union and Money Gram Payments.
• Handing Auto-Mated Teller Machine (ATM) & Cash Recycle Machine reconciliations.
• Handling pawning facilities.
• Excellent in retail lending including personal loans, housing loans, term loans and micro finance loans.
• Handling accounts, account opening functions and TOD facilities for retail clients, corporate clients & companies.
• Engages in KYC documentations.
• Monitoring/guiding junior tellers.
• Excellent in cross selling products and services, digital onboarding.

• Devised and implemented internal audit policies and procedures of the company.
• Check the accuracy of cash in hand.
• Check and control the wastage of vegetable and fruits.
• Check the accuracy of stock in hand monthly.
