Arash Moghaddam Bizaki

As a floor assistance manager, I am able to solve any issues involved with the other members of staff as well as any inquiries the customers have. I also possess strong skills such as strong leadership, clear communication, and quick problem solving skills. This role allows me to have great customer service skills, as well as being able to multi task when the restaurant is busy.

This role allows me to serve drinks and take food to the customers, answer the phone and take over the phone collection or delivery orders, and build great relationships with staff and customers.

This short Christmas job allowed me to gain more skills with my customer service skills. Managing Customer Food to Order (CTFO) operations meant that I was one of the workers responsible in making sure everyone got the food they needed ready for Christmas.

This allowed me to improve my skills on working quickly and efficently without making any mistakes.
