• Time management skills in order to meet the targets of the hotel cleanliness everyday within a certain time frame.

• Demonstrate my interpersonal skills in order to satisfy the guests by adhering to their preferences or opinions, I also had to ensure I expressed concerns of guests to head of management in order to raise their concerns and improve the service.
