• Employment consisted mainly of picking and wrapping of plumbing products using rf scan guns,anything from small fittings to heavy porcelain/boilers into pallet sized totes,in a fast paced environment.Role occasionally required stock take/hygiene duties.

• In Lindrick, Worksop
• Though not a lengthy employmentI was utilised to book all outgoing deliveries with an internet courier,stack the items on pallets ready for collection and general hygiene duties.

• I was employed at different times in most areas of the sandwich production facility.Overall my main job was as a picker and packer which I did from 2004 onwards.This involved picking the sandwiches of a belt and packing into the final outer case before dispatch.Machine setup(tape machines,computerised labellers) was also a key skill needed,as well as great dexterity as this could be a very high pace occupation.Quality auditoring was also required for each line of sandwiches

• I was involved in all areas of the production of UPVC windows and doors,often working unsupervised.

• My job here involved operating guillotines,metal presses and final stage packing for steel shelving units.
