Additional Information

I have been part of the Ealing Hammersmith & Fulham sickle cell support group for the last 20 years. We are a charity which raises money & awareness for Sickle Cell patients and families. This includes hospital visits, monthly meetings, leading talks and seminars, organising charity events such as sponsored walks, children's activities, annual fundraising dinner and dance and providing education and support to Sickle cell sufferers and their families/carers.


I teach meditation classes both remotely and face to face as well as running a community book club to promote mental health well being and encourage confidence and personal development.


I am part of a team based in London which educates children about Caribbean culture. I also facilitate carnival costume making workshops, seminars and events.
