Summary

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience working across high secure, inpatient, and Liaison and Diversion services at Band 6 level. I pride myself on being calm under pressure and able to build positive, therapeutic relationships with people from all walks of life.

Before qualifying, I worked in a variety of roles which helped shape my communication skills and ability to adapt to different environments. I enjoy meeting new people, learning from others, and continuing to develop both personally and professionally.

In my current and previous roles, I have developed skills in mental health and risk assessment, positive risk-taking, and working within least restrictive frameworks. I am confident in making appropriate referrals and working with multi-agency teams to ensure individuals receive the right support.

I am keen to continue developing as a nurse and value opportunities to work across different clinical areas, as this allows me to broaden my knowledge and provide the best possible care.
