Senior Consultant, Programme Manager, and Engineer with a diverse business and technical background delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across healthcare, banking & finance, and the public sector. I have over two decades of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programmes and driving operational excellence through digital technology, innovation, and strategic collaboration. My career spans senior consulting and leadership roles across global firms, NHS trusts, banking, and non-profit organisations. I have successfully led large-scale IT implementations, service redesigns, digital transformations, and business development initiatives. And my ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and bridge business and technology has consistently resulted in tangible outcomes and sustained value. Earlier, I spent over 10 years with IBM and BearingPoint delivering business and IT consultancy projects for major clients in banking, finance, and healthcare. And more recently, I have led regional digital programmes for NHS organisations across Greater Manchester, including the rollout of an EPR system, the establishment of a secure data environment, and the optimisation of diagnostic pathways. I hold an Engineering degree from Cambridge University and an MBA with Distinction. And as a PRINCE2 Practitioner with extensive formal training in consulting and project management from IBM, I bring both rigour and creativity to every engagement.
