  • My current role has been quite diverse from Talent (L&D) to delivering Strategic Projects. My past Operations roles have always had a strong biased to build upon the early years programs but the last few years has allowed me to concentrate and build upon the program more.

Talent Lead

  • Single handily refreshed the early careers & upskilling program to approximately >45 employees on an apprenticeship pathway (Mar 25).

Strategic Projects

  • Past projects in the last couple of years have been related to Project Redwood with the introduction of the DT Build centre and the ETRAS Team integration to the Wobaston Road site.
  • Current Project is at the Power & Controls level rather than site but still under Non Disclosure Agreement so limited to what can be discussed at moment. This involves a venture in the APAC region and part of my responsibilities for the project involves designing / creating training packages for the venture, also creating onsite training school in the APAC region and partnering with local UK training providers for UK training assistance.

  • Difficult time for the company as it decided to close the site and move legacy low volume product to Actuations, Stafford Road site and high volume product moving to Mexcali aligning with corporate initiatives. The project got overturned nearly 12 months after resulting in the Wobaston Road remaining open.
  • My role was to lead the Actuations, Stafford Road initiative.
  • Responsible for ECAR, costs, plan, layout and staffing plans.
  • Working with Real Estate and selling the Wobaston Road site.
  • Also spent time on the high volume initiative in Mexicali assisting with the planning, equipment specifications and 3P events.
