· Responsible for the annual delivery of a professional lifesaving service across the contracted regions.

· Managed the relationship with external and internal stakeholders, agencies and departments.

· Provided Polymerase Chain Reaction testing in response to the Covid 19 pandemic.

· Allocated search and rescue assets, liaised with other search and rescue partners.

· Safeguarded staff welfare, ensured process adherence, conducted briefings and delegated duties.

· Carried out lifesaving interventions and rescues while educating the public on preventative measures.

· Provided life-saving casualty care to members of the public across a range of demographics.

· Commercial Sector: Commis Chef, progressing to Sous Chef at Newcastle United Football Club

· Private Sector: Sous Chef progressing to Head Chef at various fine dining establishments and event locations.

· Public Sector: Head Chef at North Tyneside Council civic buildings.
