Spent 5 days moving between different departments at the SKF aerospace plant in Clevedon, shadowing many different engineering based roles. Learned about how companies work with clients to design custom parts, how they are modeled and simulated using software and how finalised designs are manufactured using a variety of different machines. A power-point summarizing my time at SKF is available upon request.
