• Achieved AA rating every year for our BRC quality management system with the most recent year being AA+ for an unannounced audit

• Initially recruited on a 3-month contract to reduce accident rate in a busy food manufacturing environment with over 1000 employees (reduced by 75%) subsequently extended a further 6 months to deliver improvements in the following areas

• Machine Intervention risk assessment & Machine isolation/lock off

• Management Health, Safety & Environment for the factory and warehouse
• Manage a team of engineers in maintenance, repair and new installations

• Project managed a factory relocation including refurbishment of new premises in 2013 on schedule
• Achieved zero accidents amongst contractors and staff during the factory relocation
