Gemstone Web Application
Built a full-stack web application using Laravel (MVC), PHP, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS. Populated the database using Laravel seeding.
- Implemented CRUD functionality for gemstones data (e.g. name, colour, location, meaning).
- Implemented user authentication (login/register), authorisation and a responsive UI.
- Used many-to-many database relationships and managed data with phpMyAdmin.
- Hosted locally using NGINX server (Laravel Herd) and used XAMPP server for connecting to the database.
Hotel Reservation System
- Developed a back-end hotel reservation system using Python.
- Implemented customer data input, room selection, reservation dates and membership classification (standard/premium).
- Used conditional logic and user input handling for booking process.
