Summary

I am an organised and dependable SEN support worker with 17 years of experience. Successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willing to take on greater responsibilities to meet team goals.. I worked at Little chef for a number of years in various positions from team member, supervisor to assistant manager. I left this position to further my education. I achieved my qualification in modern office skills and gained an admin job within the college covering maternity leave. During this position I myself found out I was pregnant. I made the decision to take the time to raise my children until they were in full time education. To help fit in with my children's needs I took on supply work in a special needs school. From this I was asked to work with other SEN children in various schools. When, the last student I worked with left their setting I applied at Flint High as a support worker. I really enjoy my job even though it can be challenging at times. Due to health issues I am struggling with my role within the school and have decided it is the right time for me to leave.
