Currently I work in Vaporous, a small but busy vape shop in the center of Cookstown. Along side me is only one other employee, we are currently on the verge of expansion meaning my flexibility with working two jobs opens up even more. Recently I resigned from O2. This was due to higher management raising targets for part timers by an extra %15, pushing it very close to full-time targets. I personally didn't want to accept this change in commission as I would be discharged within a few months for not fulfilling unrealistic expectations. Since 2020 I have been working two part-time jobs. I love having a full schedule, for the last 9 months i was working on average 50+ hours p/w. I had one day off during the week, if cover was needed in either job i would happily accept. This would commonly lead to working multiple weeks in a row, however I didn't mind. Overall I find myself working really hard towards my future. Outside of work i love to go to the gym to improve my overall health, increase confidence and decrease stress levels. I tend to train 5-6 times a week so that it either sets me up for the day or gives me something to look forward to after work.
