- Chronic Kidney Disease Champion: Implemented a robust process to improve the diagnosis and management within the practice.
- Drug safety. Created a High risk drug monitoring recall process, so that these patients are not lost to follow-up. It has helped improve patient safety and reduce the risk of harm, which has helped to support the practice with CQC audits.
