• Coordinated Clinical Trial Review Process for Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), engaging actively with cross-functional teams (Global, Regulatory, Legal, and Logistics). My responsibilities included:

1. Submission of new study proposals to Global via Zinc Maps.
2. Following up on studies under revision, liaising with investigators and Global to address any required amendments to the protocol or contract.
3. Ensuring that orders for reagents for ongoing or starting IIS were placed on time.

• Supported the Medical Affairs booth at Conferences and Symposiums (Euromedlab 2017 and the Alzheimer Society Annual Conference 2017)

• Supported all Roche Molecular Systems and Roche Life Science systems via phone and email. Responsibilities included troubleshooting, complaint management, global escalation, investigation, and resolution.
