I am a conscientious, reliable, outgoing and dedicated individual who strives to exceed expectations, working well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. I have thoroughly enjoyed the start of my career as an Occupational Therapist, developing my skills and applying theory into practice. My previous experiences have allowed me to build confidence managing a caseload, working in a timely manner, supervising other professionals and delivering compassionate person centred care with my service users best interests as a focal point throughout. I am eager to continue to expand my experience and knowledge within the role, with a specific interest in mental health and neurodiversity, in my current role I have played a key role in developing the service around the PEACE pathway to ensure inclusivity for all. I am passionate about promoting independence and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients to access care and support they need.
