Responsibilities

I am a 6th Form Prefect meaning I represent my school, work hard to ensure its a better environment for everyone, run events and help members of staff with tasks like tours. This has taught me leadership, time management and initiative.

Hobbies and Interests

Football

  • I have played football since I was very young and so this has brought me up with many skills. A key skill in order to improve was listening, especially to my coach but also to my teammates in order to understand where I go wrong and what I can do to improve. Another skill is teamwork, I am able to work together well with others in order to reach a goal. It has also taught me motivation and resilience, even when my team was losing week in week out I never gave up and overcome the mental challenges and setbacks. Football has also helped me with strategic thinking and problem solving by having to analyse situations and response to them quickly in a game.

Sewing

  • In my free time I enjoy sewing clothes and other garments. It has taught me patience, perseverance and ensuring I measure everything out before starting. So I don’t rush and make mistakes. I take care and pay attention to details.
