• Health and safety of the building including being fire marshall and first aid appointee
• Helping customers with rent arrears, including setting up payment plans and with bugeting

• Liasing with professionals and families to support the customers indivual needs
• Im a lone worker so work from my own initative on a daily basis
• Sign posting and working with other collegues to ensure the customers needs are met

Toddler group

• Intracting with parents and thier toddlers
• Providing them with snacks and refreshments

• Providing low cost food to low income households in the area.

• Cover staff
• Writting handovers
• Dealing with different challenges of customers aged 16-25 year olds in various housing schemes across the North East
