A commercially grounded HR professional with a rare combination of operational people experience, advanced psychological training, and a proven track record of translating behavioural insight into practical organisational outcomes. Currently delivering end-to-end HR support at FTI Consulting, I have direct experience across the full employee lifecycle, stakeholder advisory, compliance, and people process improvement within a complex global professional services environment.
With an MSc in Psychology with Distinction from Birkbeck University and a dual degree in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Queensland, an academic foundation spanning organisational behaviour, social cognition, applied research methodology, and business strategy. These disciplines directly inform my nuanced, evidence-based approach to HR advisory practice, and are further complemented by hands-on experience in both recruitment consulting and clinical psychology settings. Together, these experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of how people think, what motivates them, and how organisations can better support and develop their workforce.
My earlier career leading cross-functional marketing teams, managing complex data-driven projects, and advising senior stakeholders has sharpened my ability to communicate with clarity, influence without authority, and deliver under pressure, capabilities considerrd equally critical in an HR advisory context. The thread running through every role is a genuine curiosity about human behaviour and a commitment to building workplaces where people and organisations thrive together. An HR Advisor role at FTI represents the natural convergence of these experiences, an opportunity to apply psychological rigour, operational credibility, and strategic thinking in service of a people agenda that genuinely matters.
