My primary objective is to support business operations by effectively managing prisoners of all categories, ensuring their security, and providing support to vulnerable or complex cases. I conduct daily security checks, investigations, and searches, and submit reports to the relevant areas.

To maintain all safety, I utilize authorized control and restraints only when necessary.

I engage with prisoners on a daily basis, building hope and motivation through positive interaction with each individual. Additionally, I fulfill weekly keyworker duties to support, rehabilitate, and guide prisoners throughout their sentence, including preparing them for parole or release.

With a keen understanding of the court and prison system, I consider myself a thoughtful and educated social advocate. I am highly committed to my role, and I go the extra mile to ensure trust and confidentiality in my dealings with incarcerated individuals.

I am well-versed in emergency procedures, First Aid/CPR certified.

I have over 9 years previous customer service experience in upscale dining and hospitality settings. I am highly skilled in restaurant and people management, guest interaction, and much experience in delivering prompt and friendly service to all customers and accommodating customer needs. Adept in managing high volume reservations and fast-paced environments, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere to all guests.
