· Consolidate and report the contracts status (term, value, amortization of advances, and adherence to measurements)
· Consolidate and report contract management indicators
· Consolidate and report contracts non-conformities
· Consolidate and report the non-conformities of the documentary inspections of the contracts
· Consolidate and monitor the demands of the operational areas, assessing the need for new hires
