Lead the delivery of AllChild’s school-based early intervention programme across secondary schools in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Responsible for ensuring high-quality support for children and families while managing a team of Link Workers and developing partnerships across education, health and community services.

Leadership

• Line manage and supervise five Link Workers across multiple school settings.

• Represent AllChild at partnership meetings and borough-wide events.

Safeguarding

• Lead on complex safeguarding concerns within the team.
• Participate in Early Help, Child Protection and Team Around the Family meetings.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and high-quality case recording is maintained.
• Support staff managing high-risk and complex family situations.

Community Development

• Develop new partnerships across RBKC to increase opportunities for children and families.
• Organise enrichment activities and educational visits.
• Lead community engagement events for parents and carers.
• Collaborate with the Metropolitan Police on youth engagement projects focused on improving relationships between young people and police.
