My placement at Zeenith Pharmacy was a truly rewarding experience that gave me hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a professional pharmacy setting. Although it was a month long, I made the most of the opportunity by taking initiative, learning quickly, and supporting the team wherever I could.

I worked primarily as a cashier assistant , where I handled customer transactions, processed payments, and greeted customers with friendly and professional attitude. I also assisted with restocking shelves , organizing inventory, and maintaining clean, welcoming front-of-store environment.

One of the highlights of my experience was how quickly I built confidence interacting with customers. I learned how to stay calm under pressure, especially during busy times, and how to provide helpful service to people of all ages. I also got the chance to observe the importance of discretion and professionalism when dealing with health-related purchases and questions, which taught me lots about confidentiality and patient respect .
