• R&D lead for the development & launch of CaPao well-being snacks made using the "hero ingredient"- upcycled Cacao fruit. Led the Launch of 2 new additions to the range 1) Almond Cherry Cacao fruit bites 2) Three flavours of Quinoa Squares. The products were launched in Los Angeles in 2021 as a Test & Learn and won the Good Housekeeping Healthy Snack Award in 2022.

• Worked in an agile manner to reformulate recipes based on consumer testing & stake holder feedback.

• Worked with suppliers and external manufacturers, maintaining effective communication before, during & after project handovers.

• Explored various new-to-market technologies including personalisation & customisation of chocolate through laser etching and 3D printing.

• Provided guidance and support to ensure products marketed in GB/IE were legal and compliant with both internal and external regulations
• Reviewed and approved artworks with attention to detail to ensure compliance and food safety
• Updated databases for salt and sugar targets within the UK
• Assisted with competitor surveillance and product research to support claim's basis
• Supported in responding to consumer queries
